What happens after I complete the Ink Recycle Form?

Once the Ink Recycle Form is completed, we will book the postage based on the postage option you chose and email you the details within 24 hours.

We will also give you a unique identifier for each of your Ink Recycles, it will look like “IRCXXXX”, this will also be on the label we provide you. We use this to track your Ink Recycle from when you start the Ink Recycle till payout.

Once we receive your Ink Recycle parcel, we will calculate your payout or donation by checking the brand and quantity.

We will make the payout or donation within 7 days of receiving your Ink Cartridge’s.

Why do we ask for your address?

We use your address as the sender details on the courier website and it is also used as the collection address if you choose Royal Mail collection as your postage option.

We only require the first line of address (Door number & road name) and your postcode.

Why do we ask for your bank details?

We use your Account number and Sortcode to send your payout via BACS. Please ensure the name you put on the Ink Recyle Form is the same as on your bank details.

Your bank details can only be used to put in funds, we don’t ask for your card details on our website.

How does drop-off in-store work?

You can find a local parcel store by using the store locater button on the Ink Recycle Form for Yodel (Collect+) and Evri only.

Select the courier of which parcel shop is most convenient for you to drop-off at and we will send you a Barcode / QR Code within 24 hours of you completing the form. You can use this to print off the label in-store and drop the parcel off.

How does Royal Mail collection work?

When you select Royal Mail option on the Ink Recycle Form, you will have some additional questions to answer. You will be asked to select the day(s) which are most convenient for you for Royal Mail to collect and you can also add a Safeplace for Royal Mail to collect from your property.

When we receive the Ink Recycle Form, we will book the collection in between 2-3 working days or the next convenient day from the day’s you’ve selected.

We will send you the collection day and estimated time given by Royal Mail via email. The label will be brought to you by the postie and they will collect the parcel and attach the label.

Please note: Royal Mail collects any time between 8am-3pm and the collection time differs by location. A more accurate collection time is given to us during booking which will be given to you via email.

How long do I have to Drop-off my Ink Cartridge's?

The label supplied is active for 14 days from the day you receive the booking confirmation email. After this, you can re-book a Ink Recycle and you will receive a new label.

Can I print the postage label myself?

Yes, if you choose to print the label on the Ink Recycle Form, we will email you the label to print.

Minimum 10 Ink Cartridge’s per Ink Recycle.

We have 2 options to donate your funds from your Ink Recycle to charity.

You can donate to a charity of your choice by providing us with a link to the charity’s website or charity name on the Ink Recycle Form.

Or we can put your funds into our charity pot and these proceeds will be donated to different charities on the 1st of each month.

You will receive an email confirmation once donations are made.
